Student Absence

1) For an absence or a late, a Parent/Guardian is to ring the attendance Officer on: + (682) 31039 2) On the day of his/her return the must present their teacher with a note signed by his parent or guardian stating:

1. Student’s name
2. Form Class
3. Dates of absence
4. Reason for his absence

3) When a student is going to be absent for longer than 3 days, the parent of guardian is required to inform the School immediately. If it is sickness related, a medical note should be provided.
